Hand-made SOBA will be join Next year Event

It was rainy day in Hiroshima(26th Oct).
But the rain stops after noon, the garden was almost full of shoppers.
The Peace Love event was held on the Hiroshima cental Park (Motomati).
The Event has a porpose to improve our International Freindship .
There was many Asian shop from accessory to restaurent.
but, we did't find japanese restaurent or foods shop like as UDON ,
SOBA OR SUSHI but SAKE.
It is our duty and fun to join this event to make SOBA-noodle by foreiner& japanese.
We have a freind and my SOBA sudent from England who can make SOBA Noodel by his hand.
He will join us on the evnet.
You want to eat his SOBA, Please come our little shop on the GardenNext year.
We will rent a tent and make the soba in it, and sell it many cousomer in hroshima.
Next year Eent will be held on the same month and same place.

来年は手打ちそばでペアセロベに参加します。
今年のペアセロベは小雨まじりの曇天だったが
雨が上がった午後は大勢の人出で賑わった。

センターステージでは終日、民族色の豊な
踊りやダンス、歌などでが続いた。

会場の周囲にはバザーのテントがならんだ。
今年はアジア食の出店がめだった。

お馴染みのインド料理、ベトナムのフォーのほかに
カンボジアの料理（カレーをかけたソーメン）など多彩な国々の
料理を味わうことができた。

残念だったのは日本の麺料理がひとつもなかったことです。
酒の販売はありましたが、数年前まで出店していた「うどん」も見なかった。
手打ちそばはかって我々が打って依頼、出店はないそうだ。

来年はイギリス人の仲間と一緒に出店したいと事務局へ言うと
OKだという。
国際交流イベントですから、外人が主役を勤める「手打ちそば」出店を折衝しします。
問題は排水と水道です。

これにも排水をともなわない調理方で検討も必要だろう
さらに「そばうち仲間のサポート」がないとどうにもなりません。
